It took Tommy about an hour to get there after he was notified, but when he arrived, had my vehicle on his flatbed very quickly, and gave my father and I a ride up to the Monterey area. During the ride northbound on Hwy 1, Tommy was completely professional and courteous to us. He's one of the best drivers I've ever seen.
